Đà Nẵng nói gì về việc mua kit xét nghiệm Covid-19 của công ty Việt Á?
Chiều 20/12, Sở Y tế Đà Nẵng đã thông tin về việc mua sắm sinh phẩm xét nghiệm virus SARS-CoV-2 của công ty Việt Á, để phục vụ công tác phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 trên địa bàn.
Theo Sở Y tế Đà Nẵng, năm 2021, thành phố ghi nhận ca mắc cộng đông đầu tiên ngày 3/5 và nhanh chóng lây lan rộng. Tính đến ngày 31/5, Đà Nẵng ghi nhận 153 ca mắc do lây lan trong cộng đồng, xác định 2.460 F1, 37 khu vực phong tỏa, 3 ổ dịch lớn... Tổng số xét nghiệm RT-PCR thực hiện từ ngày 1/5 đến 31/5 là 408.593 lượt người, trong đó xét nghiệm đại diện hộ gia đình trên 155.000 trường hợp và CDC đã thực hiện 336.238 xét nghiệm mẫu.
Thời điểm này, tình hình dịch tại các tỉnh, thành phía bắc và TP.HCM cũng diễn biến phức tạp, nguy cơ lây nhiễm dịch từ người về từ các địa phương có dịch vào Đà Nẵng. Với quan điểm chỉ đạo quyết liệt trong kiểm soát dịch, nhanh chóng bóc hết F0, cắt đứt chuỗi lây nhiễm, Trung tâm Kiểm soát bệnh tật (CDC) TP. Đà Nẵng đã chủ động tham mưu và tổ chức thực hiện tăng cường giám sát, xét nghiệm chủ động theo quy định. Trong đó, thực hiện phương pháp mẫu gộp 10 mẫu, 20 mẫu và thậm chí là 30 mẫu (theo hình thức gộp que và gộp ống) để vừa đảm bảo tính kịp thời, tăng năng suất xét nghiệm vừa để tiết kiệm.
Lấy mẫu xét nghiệm Covid-19 tại Đà Nẵng
Từ tháng 5 đến tháng 10/2021, trước yêu cầu cấp bách của công tác xét nghiệm và để đảm bảo kịp thời sinh phẩm xét nghiệm, CDC có đề xuất mua sắm 70.000 test sinh phẩm xét nghiệm LightPower iVASARS-CoV-2 1stRT- rPCR Kit, hãng sản xuất Việt Á/Việt Nam với đơn giá dự toán 509.250 đồng/test. Cơ sở xây dựng giá dự toán của mặt hàng sinh phẩm xét nghiệm LightPower iVASARS-CoV-2 1stRT- rPCR Kit gồm 3 báo giá thị trường, các quyết định trúng thầu trước đó được công khai tại tại cổng công khai kết quả đấu thầu Bộ Y tế theo quy định.
Từ ngày 02/7/2021, Bộ Y tế cập nhật giá bán công khai sinh phẩm này tại Công văn số 5288/BYT-TB-CT ngày là 470.000 đồng/test cho đơn hàng dưới 500.000 test, 367.500 đồng/test với đơn hàng từ 500.000 đến dưới 1.000.000 test. Theo đó, trên cơ sở để xuất của Trung tâm Kiểm soát bệnh tật thành phố Đà Nẵng. Sở Y tế đã phối hợp với các cơ quan có liên quan trình UBND thành phố phê duyệt kế hoạch lựa chọn nhà thầu 3 gói thầu, với tổng số lượng mua săm 200.000 test, đơn giá 367.500 đồng.
Liên quan đến thực hiện thủ tục mua sắm, Hội đồng thẩm định Sở Y tế thực hiện thẩm định hồ sơ và xin ý kiến Hội đồng mua sắm phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 TP. Đà Nẵng (gồm các thành viên: Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư, Sở Tài chính, Công an thành phố) và lấy ý kiến Sở Tài chính về giá dự toán mua sắm; tổng hợp, xây dựng báo cáo trình UBND phê duyệt mua sắm và kế hoạch lựa chọn nhà thầu.
Được biết, từ tháng 5 đến tháng 10/2021, CDC Đà Nẵng xét nghiệm 5.384.665 lượt người bằng phương pháp RT-PCR với số lượng test sinh phẩm xét nghiệm là 309.866 test.
